Appeal Procedures:  The procedure of filling the appeals can be the same for all the courts and have to be the same all the courts. Whether this is a Labour Court, Civil Court, Criminal Court, Land Department or etc. The Appeal Fees or Insurance Fees can be different.  The Appeal Fee and Insurance should be paid at right time, otherwise, the case will be rejected. For example for the second court, there are 30 Days provided. For Example, for the Third Court of Cassation, there are 15 Days required. The Claim Amount for the Second Court Access is a minimum AED 50000. It means if the amount will be less than AED 50, 000, then the appeal can't be filled.
